Working with women across life’s thresholds

I support women through life's major transitions, creating a nurturing and empowering space as they move from maiden to mother to matriarch. Partly inspired by the Women's Wheel of Life by Elizabeth Davis and Carol Leonard, my work acknowledges the cyclical nature of women's lives and the unique challenges at each stage. My holistic approach integrates embodiment practices, womb wellness, systemic therapy, yoga, and trauma-informed care. With a strong foundation in nervous system healing and Polyvagal Theory, I help women cultivate resilience and stability. This personalised support honours each woman’s individual journey, guiding them through change with clarity, confidence, and authenticity.
